mental health awareness

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Now more than ever, we need to find ways to stay connected with our community.  No one should feel alone or with out the information, support and help they need.

Mental Health Month raises awareness of trauma and the impact it can have on the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of children, families, and communities.

This national movement to raise awareness about mental health helps to fight stigma, provide support, educate the public and advocate for policies that support people with mental illness and their families.
