Click on the “Manage Account/Facility Use" button above.
- You must have a facilities account to request space. If you/your organization does not have an account yet, please email Reid Stacken to set one up.

Sign in with your email and click “Next”.
- If you are a new user and haven’t set your password yet, or have forgotten your password click “Forgot Password” on this page.
You will see your Facilities Account(s) on the right side of the page under the “Your Accounts” section. Click on your account to continue to the next screen.
Click on the “Create a New Facility Request” box.
There are now 5 screens to navigate through.
- Yellow fields are mandatory.
- You must check the box that says “I have read & agree to the above terms…” in order for your request to be submitted.
- If you do request a time that has something scheduled already, you will get a conflict notice. At this point you can choose to fix your times - or - continue on if you can tell the conflict truly is OK to book over (example of something OK to book over would be First Day of School, or similar item)
- Please include any details regarding your event, and any equipment and set up needs in the “Notes” sections on these screens. For example, do you need any extra tables & chairs? Any extra information that will be helpful for us to know please!
Your request has now been submitted to Facilities for review. Please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation.
- Once you receive your confirmation email, please open & review your completed request, as sometimes changes are made to them on our end in order to accept them.
To view the status of your request, log into your account and click on “view requests”
