2020-2021 OPEN HOUSE:
Central High School:
The HS will be having a live in person open house for our incoming 9th grade class, along with any new student who has joined our district this year. The high school open house will take place on Wednesday, September 2, 2020. We will be breaking the open house into two different sessions. Students who have been assigned to Group A will begin in the auditorium at 5:00 PM, followed by the chance to tour the building and meet their classroom teachers. Students who have been assigned to Group B can begin the night by touring the building and meeting their classroom teachers, followed by a meeting in the auditorium at 6:00 PM.
Taher, our lunch service provider, will be available during the open house for families to put money in their lunch accounts.
**Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we will not be able to offer an in person open house for students and families other than 9th graders and new families. However, for all other 10th through 12th graders, teachers will be available via e-mail during the scheduled open house times.

Central Middle School:
The MS will be having a live in-person open house for our incoming 6th-grade class, along with any new student who has joined our district this year. The middle school open house will take place on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.. We will be breaking the open house into two different sessions. Students who have been assigned to Group A are invited to attend open house from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. to meet their teachers and drop off supplies. Students who have been assigned to Group B are invited to attend open house from 5:00 to 6:00 PM.

Elementary School:
The Elementary School will be having a live in-person open house for our incoming kindergarten students, along with any new students who have joined our district this year. The elementary Open House will take place on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. We will be breaking the Open House into two different sessions. Students in grades 1-5 who are new to the district can attend in person from 4:00-5:00. Kindergarten students will schedule a time with their classroom teacher.
**Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and requirements from the MN Department of Education and the MN Department of Health, we will not be able to offer an in-person Open House for students and families other than for those listed above. All other students are welcome to join us for a digital Open House any time between 5:00-6:00. This is a time for students to meet their teacher before the first day of school. Families that have specific questions related to the format of the classroom or the school year should reach out to their classroom teacher or the elementary office outside of the open house time. In addition, each family will receive a welcome back video from their classroom teacher that same afternoon. This video will provide a general greeting, important information to help students the first day of school, and a tour of the school and classroom. A link providing access to the digital open house will be included with the video.
